1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Gobblet Gobblers 3D ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access online features, you may need to create an account or sign in via Google Play Games. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Cheat, hack, or exploit bugs for unfair advantage
• Use offensive, harassing, or discriminatory language in chat
• Impersonate other players or staff
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account
• Use third-party software to modify the Game

5. Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases

The Game may offer virtual currency ("Coins") and in-app purchases:

• Virtual currency has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify prices and offerings at any time
• Purchased items are licensed, not sold, to you

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game—including graphics, sounds, code, and trademarks—is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. User-Generated Content

By sending chat messages or creating content in the Game, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and moderate that content. You are solely responsible for content you create.

8. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Compatibility with all devices
• Security from all threats

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of data or virtual items.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms. You may also delete your account through Settings → Profile → Delete Account.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes through in-app notifications.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is based. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or local courts as applicable.
